MOON PALACE GOLF & SPA RESORT - TESTIMONIALS

 
 
I have arranged two group stays at Moon Palace Resort in Cancun – one of 38 guests and a larger group of about 800. I’m happy to say both were a huge success.  The Moon Palace staff are extremely helpful, and the accommodations are wonderful. I especially LOVE the hammocks on each balcony as well as the Jacuzzi in every room!  The number and variety of restaurants onsite make dining convenient, and the food is delicious! Trip organizers will find the all-inclusive feature ideal for groups, as you don’t have to worry about hidden costs and your guests are delighted with the choices. 
 
First impressions are important, and the entrance to the lobby is a WOW for guests! The large pool complex, including swim-up bars, is a highlight of the property.  There is even a children’s pool and play area — ideal for families!

This is the first all-inclusive property we have gone to with our sales meeting and I was a bit reluctant in the beginning not knowing just how it would go. And I can say, except for some minor communication issues once in a while and a lost box of chap stick, the meeting was a success.
 
Every setup for each of our events was wonderful. The décor that we contracted with Zuniga was also great – the Sunday evening Fiesta, the big blue Valley at Registration, the table décor and the stage set – these were all more than we have done at past meetings.
 
I thought it was very easy on my end as a meeting planner when it came to the Food and Beverage for each of our events. Because of the all-inclusive, it made the planning so much easier. And the banquet meals we had on Monday and Wednesday evening were excellent! Our management group all thought that the convention center was the best we’ve ever – General Session was amazing,
 
Breakouts were a very good size for our group along with the logistics of moving from breakout to breakout and also having one of the best Trade Shows we have ever had. We have also heard back from many attendees that they really enjoyed your Moon Palace Resort and for the majority of our group never having stayed at an all-inclusive before – they thought that was the best thing!

Dear Lupita,

Now that the evaluation forms from our delegates  are starting to flow in, I just wanted to take this opportunity to thank you and your team for an absolutely incredible conference experience for myself, my management team, and of course, our store delegates.

From my viewpoint as a planner, the resort did an incredible job of making sure everyone was well taken care of.  The comments we are receiving from our Associates and Front Store Managers are nothing short of outstanding.  Although the comments have been excellent with regard to the facility, the food, the organization, and the atmosphere, what really stands out above all else is the service levels shown by every staff person at the resort.  One of the comments from one of our Associates was “Could not have asked for anything better. Everyone, and I mean everyone, was so helpful. They all went out of their way to help you and always gave superior customer service. We could all take lessons from these people, they were great!” 

Lupita, your service level was no exception.  It was an absolute pleasure working with you.  I have to say that you are one of the calmest and most organized event planners I have ever worked with and your attention to detail as well as your pleasant smile and demeanor made every day as close to stress free as possible.  I don’t think the word “no” was in your vocabulary and you certainly went all out on a few of our VIP functions to absolutely wow our management team.  The retirement dinner in the gazebo and the Peers Dinner in the Moon Grand Suite were incredible.
 
Thank you Lupita to you and your team for doing such a fabulous job.  Now that we have experienced the Moon Palace, it will certainly be somewhere we must come back to.  I hope at that time we get to work with you once again.   I look forward to it!
